Event handler of the event of account applicaiton button click.

This button's click simply redirects the user with a server.transfer to the account application page

Event handler of the event of login button click.

Note:: A check must be performed to ensure the data that has been entered conforms to validation rules (eg, password is missing or username is missing) If validation is successful then it will proceed to the next step, If it fails then an error must be displayed in LBLerror, and the user must try again. This will take the value within TXTpassword and TXTusername and compare them with the database for a match. If the authentication is successful then the user will be redirected to the main page. If authentication is not successful then an error msg will be displayed in LBLerror

Note:: If a different language is selected then this value must be stored within the database, Once this value is stored, a look up with the new language selection must be done on the translation table. once the translations have been found they must replace the current label and button texts for all labels on all pages.
